It will gradually develop into an industrial cluster of the whole industrial chain integrating seed research and development, organic planting, storage and processing. The overall development level is the first in the province and the top in the country; The planting area of naked oats ranks the first in the province, and the breeding area of improved varieties is 40000 mu, which is the largest naked oats breeding base in China; The planting area of "Zhangzagu" reached 11100 mu, ranking first in the country.

 

In recent years, the food problem and the dual-carbon goal have reached a new high in history. The "grain production" under the dual-carbon goal is a combination of increasing production and income and reducing emissions. With the vigorous promotion of dehumidification heat pump drying technology, its excellent energy-saving effect and applicable characteristics have been widely proved. In the application of traditional grain drying field, dehumidification heat pump technology is very suitable for China's energy characteristics, and shows broad application prospects.

In 2023, it is planned to continue to increase the processing and storage capacity of the new drying plant, build 2 storage and production laboratory rooms, 2 cylindrical storage warehouses and 4 national standard warehouses of 20000 tons, and purchase a set of transportation vehicles, hydraulic flap unloaders, intelligent warehousing and warehousing equipment and intelligent management software system required by the drying plant, and expand the construction scale of the supporting base, and build a millet planting base of 50000 mu, As well as improving the corresponding supporting selected packaging ancillary facilities and supporting the working capital required for acquisition, the total investment of the project is 55 million yuan in two years.

When the grain passes through the drying section, the moisture on the surface layer of the grain is basically dried, but the internal moisture is still not penetrated. If the grain continues to be dried, it will cause cracks on the grain surface, commonly known as "burst waist", which will lead to the decline of grain quality. At this time, move the grain to the slow thawing section of the dryer to let the grain particles cool, and the internal moisture slowly seeps out. After a certain period of time, the grain is transported to the drying section again, and then drying continues.
